ak44r Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and use services on ak44r. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. ak44r reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false information, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a violation of the rules. In such cases:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All bonuses and promotional offers on the associated accounts will be cancelled.
• The right to withdraw deposited funds may be affected.

2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the member must immediately notify the ak44r support team. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause payment processing to be delayed or cancelled.

2.4 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and secure. The user will be responsible for all activity carried out through the account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the ak44r platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

Transactions through any method other than the above are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

The following limits apply for all payment methods:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Verification Process

ak44r reserves the right to verify identity before a withdrawal. Verification may be required in the following cases:

• At the time of the first withdrawal.
• For unusual or large-amount transactions.
• If inconsistencies are found in account information.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.4 Purpose of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited on ak44r may only be used for gaming activities. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current requirement is 25x — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are applicable only once per user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• ak44r reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the associated bonus and winnings may be forfeited.
• Winnings from free bets or bonuses are only withdrawable after wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

ak44r's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. ak44r will notify members of tier changes. Tiers may be reduced if there is insufficient activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ak44r is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. Technical safeguards are used to ensure balanced and impartial outcomes in all games. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Engaging in cheating or fraud in any game.
• Attempting to fix game outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Using the platform for illegal transactions or money laundering.

6.3 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a violation of the above rules, ak44r may take the following actions:

• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of all funds in the account.
• Legal action where applicable.

7.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software displayed on the ak44r platform are protected by ak44r's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

7.2 Personal Data Protection

7.3 Third-Party Game Providers
